Ascot owns one of the few ‘Excimer’ diamond laser inscription machines in the US. This device is capable of etching unique messages or numbers on the girdle of a diamond by penetrating the surface one fifth of a micron.

Inscriptions are visible only under magnification, do not impact the value of a diamond in any way and are removable by a qualified diamond cutter.
