* All packages sent from or arriving at an Ascot facility are sealed and opened under 'video recorded’ control to fully protect Ascot and our clients.
Ascot Diamonds provides FREE shipping on outgoing orders within the United States or anywhere in the world where there is FedEx service.
Ascot orders are shipped within 3 business days unless custom work has been requested in which case delivery time will change based on the complexity of each request.
Items are gift wrapped in a beautiful jewelry box with hand tied ribbon and an elegant gift card is included for each item.
Ascot packages require a signature at time of delivery. This rule applies irrespective of any existing waiver arrangement a client may have with FedEx.
Customers are emailed a FedEx tracking number to track the progress of their package.
Clients must be available to sign for their package or FedEx is instructed to return the shipment to Ascot.
Ascot does not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
We ask clients to inspect their package carefully for any signs of damage to the outside of the box before signing for delivery.
If you suspect the package has been tampered with… do NOT accept delivery and ask FedEx to return the package to Ascot.
In this unlikely event we ask clients to inform Ascot by calling: 1-866-382-8020.
Ascot is able to send packages to an address different from your credit card billing address, provided your credit card company has been notified and is willing to validate this request.
This same rule applies to FedEx ‘Hold for Pickup’ requests as well.
