Ascot Diamonds provides FREE shipping on outgoing orders within the United States via FedEx Priority Overnight®
Ascot orders are shipped within 48 hours unless custom work is required.
Delivery time for custom orders will vary based on the complexity of each request.
Each item is presented in a beautiful box with hand tied ribbon and an elegant gift card.
Clients receive the FedEx tracking number for their package via email so that plans can be made for an authorized individual to be present to sign for the package.
All Ascot packages require a signature by an authorized individual. This rule applies irrespective of any existing waiver arrangement a client may have with FedEx.
Ascot will not ship to a P.O. Box address.
Clients must inspect each package carefully and look for signs of damage BEFORE signing for delivery.
If there is cause to believe the package has been tampered with, do NOT accept delivery and FedEx will return the package to Ascot.

Packages can be sent to an address different from your credit card billing address provided your credit card company has been notified and is willing to validate your request.
This policy applies to FedEx 'Hold for Pickup’ shipments as well.

Return Shipping Instructions
Ascot does not provide free shipping and insurance for packages being returned to our offices.
The cost of return 'shipping and insurance’ is the responsibility of the customer.
Return packages MUST be shipped to Ascot only via U.S. Postal Service: Registered AND INSURED for the full value on your invoice.
* All packages sent from or arriving at an Ascot facility are sealed and opened under 'video recorded’ control to fully protect Ascot and our clients.
