Warranty – Terms and Conditions of Sale
The sale of this transaction item(s) shall be governed by the following terms and conditions of sale to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions and supersede all prior negotiations, representations or agreements, either written or oral, between Ascot Diamonds and the Purchaser.
Ascot Diamonds stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can obtain a full refund or exchange (excluding charges for shipping and insurance) within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase (invoice date), provided that the item(s) is in its original condition, shows no excessive signs of wear, and has not been altered or resized by a jeweler other than Ascot Diamonds. Fully customized items may incur a restocking fee.
Ascot Diamonds offers complimentary polishing and cleaning of the item(s) purchased hereunder and warrants that all defects attributable to faulty craftsmanship shall be repaired free of charge to the Purchaser. Please understand that our warranty should not be mistaken as an insurance policy. It is the responsibility of the Purchaser to insure their jewelry in the event of loss or damage.
Additional inclusions:
- Updated Appraisal as needed
- Complimentary cleaning, polishing and standard maintenance as needed
- Replacement of small diamonds (covering manufacturing issues.) This excludes damages incurred
- Complimentary engraving
- Complimentary sizing of the ring
- Inclusive of the diamond certification
- Upgrade policy (allowing for purchase price of diamond to be credited towards future upgrade purchase. **Value of credit to be assessed at the time of upgrade and based on the market value of the diamond at the time of upgrade. There are no guarantees until evaluated by Ascot Diamonds at the time of upgrade.
