We reserve the right to cancel and refuse any sale made on the basis of an incorrect price. We sincerely regret any inconvenience, and thank you in advance for your understanding.

Product Availability

All images shown on the Ascot website are images of the exact piece you will receive and image of the actual diamond described. Ascot is proud to provide our clients with unique detailed images of each individual item.

The item you see on the Ascot site is the exact item you will receive if purchased.

Items are removed from our site the moment a confirmed sale is recorded. Occasionally however we receive more than one order for the same item. In this event Ascot will contact the customer and offer to provide a similar piece within a specified time. At this time the customer can either request an immediate refund or confirm the alternative delivery date and specifications with one of our personal jewelers.

Rarely, prices and data may be incorrectly displayed on our website due to system or typographical errors. Ascot reserves the right to correct all such errors and will not honor inaccurate information or prices that may have appeared on the site.

In the event of an error [as described above] Ascot will contact the buyer, explain the event and the buyer can elect to proceed based on the corrected information or cancel the order and receive a full refund.

We are proud of the quality images on the Ascot site and take great care to ensure all the images are accurate. However certain products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size and colors will inevitably vary slightly depending upon the settings of each individual monitor.

All Ascot diamond jewelry with multiple diamonds are produced with a consistent selection of the finest cut diamonds, color grade G-H and clarity grade VS.

Ascot defines color and clarity as an average and collectively the quality is equal to or better than the grade stated.
