Shipping Policy

Ascot Diamonds provides FREE shipping to any FedEx approved delivery address with the United States or internationally.

Most orders are shipped within 3 business days unless custom work has been requested, in which case delivery time will change based on the complexity of the request. Customers who order via the website are emailed a FedEx tracking number to follow the progress of their package.

All Ascot packages require a signature at time of delivery. This rule applies irrespective of any existing waiver arrangement a client may have with FedEx.

Clients are asked to inspect their package carefully for any signs of damage to the outside of the box before signing for delivery. If damage is suspected or there is evidence the package has been tampered with, do NOT accept delivery and ask FedEx to return the package to Ascot. In this unlikely event, please inform Ascot immediately by calling 866-382-8020.

Ascot is able to send packages to an address different from your credit card billing address, provided your credit card company has been notified and is willing to validate this request. This same rule applies to all FedEx ‘Hold for Pickup’ requests as well. Ascot does not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

All packages sent from or arriving at an Ascot facility are sealed and opened under recorded video surveillance to fully protect Ascot and our clients.
