Ascot Diamonds 30-Day Return Policy

* Please note: 

All packages sent from or arriving at an Ascot facility are sealed and opened under 'video recorded' control to fully protect the interests of Ascot and our customers.

Items purchased from Ascot may be returned for full credit, refund or exchange within 30 days of the original shipment date provided:

1. The return is done within 30 days of the original shipment date. 
2. Each item is in original and perfect condition.
3. Items that have been altered, resized, or show signs of wear will not be accepted for return.

Ascot Return Procedures: 

1. Essential first step:

Contact Ascot Customer Service either by email sales@ascotdiamonds.com or by phone 1-866-382-8020 and request a "Return Authorization number" [ RA# ]

The item must be packed in a secure BOX with the Ascot RA# clearly displayed on the outside. 

Packages that do not appear 100% secure will be returned to sender.

2. For security reasons, kindly address to:  Ascot Trading, not Ascot Diamonds

3. Include the item/s together with the original documentation, appraisal and original diamond certificate. If the diamond certificate is not included in the return package customers will be charged $250 for the replacement cost.

4. Return packages must be sent via US Postal Service: 

Registered Mail and INSURED FOR THE FULL VALUE ON YOUR INVOICE.

5. Items over $25,000 require an "Additional Insurance Value Authorization" [ AIV# ] This number will be provided at the same time as your request for the Return Authorization number and BOTH numbers must appear on the outside of the box.
